Our signature programmes are designed to accelerate you to the best shape of your life both mentally and physically - then we offer you all the support you need to stay there!


The first step is to take the wellbeing foundation quiz, the answers you provide helps our coaches to gain a better understanding of your current situation and how we can best help you.


Step two is a phone call follow up. During the strategy call our expert team will dive deeper into your goals and current barriers before providing you with recommendations on which programme and specific coach is best suited to progress you your goals. Then your journey really begins!

THE KICKSTARTER PROGRAMME

‘Do-It-Yourself’ Wellbeing Plans

Our Kickstarter programme is ideal for highly driven individuals who know they’ll accelerate their results by leveraging expert accountability and having a specific action plan to follow. 

Body-Age Wellbeing Screen - You’ll start with a body-age wellbeing screen where your coach will spend additional time creating your 6 week nutrition, exercise and lifestyle plan.

Implementation - For the next 6 weeks you’ll put your plan into action - supported by our online members portal.

Review Your Progress - 6-8 weeks after your initial screen we’ll rebook you for another body-age screen to test, review and re-programme.

Group Wellbeing Transformations

Our Team-Up-PT programme is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in class settings. Team-Up-PT blends the tailored advice you receive from personal training with the accountability and enjoyment you experience in a class. 

Body-Age Wellbeing Screen -You’ll start with a 1:1 body-age wellbeing screen where you’ll receive your bespoke nutrition, exercise and lifestyle plan.

Commit to a Weekly Team Session - For the next 12 weeks you’ll attend the same 60 minute session with the same ‘team’ to hold you accountable.

E-learning support - Outside the sessions you’ll receive our e-learning wellbeing foundation course and be supported with our online members portal. 

Review Your Progress - 6-8 weeks after your initial screen we’ll rebook you for another body-age screen to test, review and re-programme.

THE ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME

Bespoke 1:1 Coaching


1:1 Transformations

Our accelerator coaching programme is ideal for time-poor-aspiring-high-performers or people with complex medical conditions. 

Body-Age Wellbeing Screen - You’ll start with a 1:1 body-age wellbeing screen where you’ll receive your bespoke nutrition, exercise and lifestyle plan.

Weekly 1:1 Sessions - For the next 3-4 months you’ll attend twelve 60 minute sessions that are split between 30 minutes of health coaching and 30 minutes of personal training.

Weekly Action Recaps - After each session you’ll be sent an e-mail containing your agreed action plan for the week.E-learning support - Outside the sessions you’ll have unlocked access to our members support portal.

Review Your Progress - At the 6 and 12 week marks we’ll review body-age wellbeing screen so we can; assess your progress, evaluate your plan and work with you to develop your progress.

Nature-Fit Classes

Train outside the box for double the benefits!

45 minute classes + optional 10 minute mindfulness meditation

Sweat - High intensity classes best for fat-loss & functional fitness.

Run - Running drills, techniques & methods - best for runners who want to improve efficiency whilst preventing common injuries.

Play - Fun, social team games with the added benefit of functional fitness hidden in the session. Best for social beings who hate the thought of exercise.

We deliver classes for; mixed abilities, over 55’s, beginners and from July 2018 families!
